Shipping policy
1. General Information
antua ships within Poland.
Orders are processed on business days from Monday to Friday.
Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.
2. Order Processing Time
Order processing time (packing and shipping) is usually 48 hours from receipt of payment.
3. Delivery Options and Costs
We offer the following delivery options (prices include tax):
- InPost Courier: PLN 14.99.
- Free Shipping: Valid for orders over PLN 49.98 within Poland.
4. Delivery Time (Carrier)
Couriers typically deliver parcels within 1-2 business days of shipment. The store is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
5. Tracking
After shipping, the customer receives an email with the tracking number, which allows them to track the shipment in the carrier's system.
6. Parcel Receipt Procedure
The customer is required to inspect the shipment in the presence of the courier. If any mechanical damage is found, a damage report must be completed and the store must be notified immediately.
7. Damage
antua is not responsible for products damaged or lost during transport. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the carrier to file a complaint. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a complaint.
8. Incorrect Address or Returns
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the product.
7. Final Provisions
In matters not covered by this Delivery Policy, the provisions of the Store Terms and Conditions, and the Civil Code of Poland apply.
